Coalition Leadership
The Steering Committee functions as the governing body of the Coalition and is
responsible for all general policies, programs and priorities of the
Coalition. Membership consists of a maximum of 19 persons, representing entities from
the general membership. Members serve two-year terms, with
approximately one-half of the positions open for appointment each year at
the Coalition's annual meeting.
